We previously shared the sad news of the passing of our beloved John McNulty, a cherished member of our museum family and a dedicated volunteer who brought his passion for aviation and local history to life at our museum every week.

To honor John's memory and celebrate his remarkable contributions, we invite you to join us for a memorial service on Friday, March 9th, at 2pm at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum, located at 8326 Travelair St., Houston, TX 77061.

John was not just a docent; he was a part of the soul of our museum, sharing his vast knowledge of airlines and his love for storytelling with everyone who walked through our doors. He served with us for 10 incredible years, leaving a legacy of joy, knowledge, and community spirit.

In keeping with John's love for the museum and in lieu of flowers, we are accepting donations to fund a bench in his honor. This bench will serve as a lasting tribute to John's dedication and love for aviation history, ensuring his stories continue to inspire future generations.
