Things to know before you register for the Pistol Match.
Be there ready for check-in on June 29th, 2024 beginning at 0800 followed by a shooters briefing at 0900 at the Albany Rifle & Pistol Club, 29999 Saddle Butte Rd, Shedd, OR.
Match Overview and Team Shoot:
6 stage pistol match comprised of speed steel and action pistol type courses of fire. No power factor involved for scoring.
3 person team side match will run concurrently during the day in a specified bay. Team match is $15 for the team, and teams can continue to purchase additional attempts. There will be bragging rights and a prize for the winning team.

Prizes and Raffles:
Top shooter awards will be bragging rights and envy of all other mere mortals. Prizes for participants will be random draw. Additional raffle tickets will be sold for other drawings.
Each registered participant will receive a match shirt. Additional shirts will be available for purchase the day of the match.
Lunch and Refreshments:
Drinks will be provided throughout the day. Registered shooters will receive a catered lunch with their registration fee. Pig Out food truck will be taking us down BBQ lane for the day. Additional meals will be available for spectators at a cost of $20.00 per adult and $10.00 per child.
Competition Notes:
-Pistol of caliber suitable for self-defense or duty carry; for example: .45 acp, 9mm, .38/.357, .40, .38 Super, etc.
-No .22’s or Pistol Caliber Carbines. No race guns. Optics are limited to Carry Optics type dots.
-Safe and Secure tactical or duty type holster. Uncle Mikes Kydex holster or the equivalent are acceptable. No race gear type holsters. No extended magazines or magazine extensions beyond factory OEM magazines.
-Please bring personal eye and ear protection. A folding chair to take from station to station and for lunch would be helpful.
-3+ magazines should be sufficient. Responsible for your own ammunition. 250 rounds should get you through the competition, unless you miss a lot, then bring more!
