**4/25 Seasonal Herb Care for Spring: Intentional Alignment with Nature’s Transitions with Leah Martin, Reed's Herbalist **

As the world around us transforms through the seasons, so do we. In this session we will explore the energetics of our bodies and the energetics of the seasons, specifically focusing on the transition from winter to spring and the ways we can engage with herbs and the landscape around us to nourish and support our bodies' natural processes and pathways for elimination (the kidneys, the liver, the lymphatic system). We'll learn about spring tonic herbs and discuss some simple preparations to incorporate these herbs into your routine!

5/2 Tapping Into Enough: A Stress Release Experience with Abbey Sangmeister, MA, RD, LDN

You're capable, caring, and constantly giving and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you stopped feeling like enough. In this experiential session, licensed therapist, subconscious change expert, and transformation coach Abbey Sangmeister introduces you to EFT Tapping — a simple, science-backed stress release tool you can use anywhere, anytime. Together we'll move through a live tapping experience designed to quiet the noise, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect to the truth you already carry.

You'll also walk away with practical micro-moment practices to weave into your daily life… small but powerful shifts that reduce stress and bring you back to yourself, even on the hardest days. No experience needed. Just show up as you are.

5/9 The Horse's Way: A Guide into Mindfulness with Kirsti Snyder

In our session, we will open with a breathing meditation to help us become aware of our bodies and center in the present moment. I will go over the therapeutic process between women and horses and the connection bond importance of it all. We will touch base on information providing insight on how the horse helps regulate our nervous systems and keep us in the present moment, the importance of that for our mental health, and the love capacity it creates. This will connect us to women in history and husbandry practices. Participants will be able to meet all three Mini residents, get hands-on experience and interaction, and have their pictures taken with the equine of their choice.
