Harvest of the Month Cooking Class

Description

Join our seasonal-based cooking class centered around our Harvest of the Month!  This series will focus on in-season produce, picked straight from our organic farm.  Participants will be guided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified plant-based chef on how to prepare one vegetable in a variety of interesting & delicious ways, demonstrating how veggies can taste just as good as they are for you.  Attendees will have a better understanding of organic farming, farm to table cooking and the importance of eating seasonally for optimal health and wellbeing. The class will taste their creations along the way, and will be able to take the remainders home. 

**Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable containers for leftovers; otherwise, to-go containers will be provided.

diet while consuming the meal prepared.

Organic produce & herbs
All cooking utensils & equipment
To-go containers

Safety Protocols: Closed toe shoes should be worn as well as hair restraints. Avoid loose clothing. Basic understanding of knife and kitchen safety will be communicated. Participants will be required to sign a safety waiver.
