Join us for the 21st Annual BARCStoberfest event in Patterson Park on Saturday, October 25! The Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest will take place at 12:00 p.m. on the main stage. Sign up to participate in one of the following categories:

• Best Pair (one human + one pet)
• Best Group (multiple humans and/or pets)
• Best Halloween Theme (classic costume)

Please register online to secure your spot. Registration is free, but there are only 20 spots are available per category. Any remaining spots will be available at the festival, but we encourage you to snag one now!
