Commercial Vendors

$250 for (1) 10'x10' space at the event and listing on our website.
Vendors that include direct sales consultants and any non-handmade goods being sold. If you are legally a for-profit business, you are considered a commercial vendor. Many of the event sponsorship benefits include vendor space. If you are interested in further marketing benefits, please check out our 2024 Sponsorship Packet.

Food Truck Vendors

$250 space at the event and listing on our website.
Food trucks vendors must obtain, and attach in the application below, the appropriate permit(s) from Baltimore City Department of Health:
Insurance 2024 Proof of Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) is required.
A temporary health permit from the Baltimore City Health Department is required by vendors who do not have a Baltimore City health permit. Food permits can be obtained by visiting www.baltimorehealth.org.
A copy of the vendor’s Maryland Sales Tax License and Baltimore City health permit (food permit) must be submitted with application and payment.
Some vendors may have to acquire temporary a Maryland Sales Tax License and Baltimore City health permit.

Handmade Craft Vendors

$100 for (1) 10'x10' space at the event and listing on our website.
Vendors selling non-commercial, handmade items such as clothing, jewelry or art. Vendors in this category are self-employed and/or hobbyists. These spaces are very limited and once claimed, any other craft vendors will need to pay the commercial vendor fee.

Non-Profit Vendors

$50 for (1) 10'x10' space at the event and listing on our website.
Vendors must provide their 501(c)3 information in order to sell products, collecting donations or handout information.

BARCS Rescue Partners and Franky Fund Vets

FREE 10'x10' space at the event and listing on our website. *If your rescue group will be bringing animals to the event, proof of insurance MUST be emailed to events@barcs.org after submitting the form
