Maryland State License Plates

Show your support for BARCS by purchasing a custom BARCS license plate. They are $80, and $50 from each plate goes directly to BARCS to care for our animals.

Use the button below to purchase your BARCS License Plate. Once your online payment is processed you will receive a paper application in the mail that should be completed and dropped off or mailed to BARCS at 2490 Giles Road, Baltimore, 21225. You will then receive your new plate in 6-8 weeks. Please make sure your address is correct when filling out the payment form.

Please note, the MVA's processing wait times do change throughout the year. This process is still done through the mail and that can add to the timeline as well.
