Held during the inaugural Hive Week, BAC Talks is a two-day annual symposium showcasing the thought leadership of BAC alumni and friends. The BAC Talks 2025 theme Urban Resilience and Reconstruction by Design will explore the evolving role of design in rebuilding, strengthening, and reimagining cities in the face of current global challenges through panel discussions with BAC-affiliated professionals, leaders, and innovators in the design fields affiliated profession.

Nicolas Mangon, Vice President AEC and AutoCAD Strategy, Autodesk

In this keynote, Nicolas will explore how technology has supported rebuilding efforts following disasters, from the restoration of Notre-Dame Cathedral to the recovery of the Freedom Tower, Fukushima, and Los Angeles. Nicolas is recognized for his leadership in advancing Building Information Modeling and the industry’s transition to Cloud. He has played a key role in advancing solutions that optimize the lifecycle management of projects for architects, engineers, and contractors.
