CASA volunteers are individuals from our community who are oftentimes the one constant in the life of a child experiencing foster care. They provide emotional support, community referrals, case plan assistance to the family, and, most importantly, ensure the safety and well-being of the child as they advocate for permanency. Every child should have a safe and loving place to call home. Our volunteers work to support the children, their families, foster home placements, the Juvenile Court, and the Department of Family and Children Services. Together, we are using flexible, virtual, and creative ways to achieve our vision: a community where _every child _who has experienced abuse and neglect is given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home.
