You can impact the lives of children in your community.

Davis House Child Advocacy Center opened in September 2000 to provide a safe, child-friendly place for children to tell their story and receive healing services following reports of child abuse. Last year, Davis House served 557 new children from our four-county service area of Hickman, Lewis, Perry & Williamson Counties.

The mission of Davis House is to provide investigative, advocacy, family support, and therapeutic services to children who have experienced sexual or significant physical abuse or some other traumatic event, as well as trauma-informed community education, designed to guide our towns and civic spaces to be safer and more resilient for everyone. Child abuse does not just affect the child. Once disclosure is made, the entire family is in crisis. Our dual goal: to treat the child and the family as they heal from the trauma of abuse; and to educate caregivers, collaborative partners, and all adults in the community, in order to better protect children.

Your generous donation makes our work possible and enables us to provide vital services to our families at no cost. Thank you for supporting our programs. Please share this page with as many people as possible!
