Contributions in any amount given in honor or memory of a person or pet will be acknowledged automatically by email when provided. If you choose to also include a mailing address, we will also send a card to notify a special someone that you have made a tribute gift.
You can give via credit card online now, or you may mail a check to DuPage Animal Friends, PO BOX 3221, Glen Ellyn, IL 60138. If mailing your donation, please include the name of the honoree, the name and address of the individual to be notified, and your name as you would like it to appear on the acknowledgement card.
