Your Support: Remembered Forever:
Our donors have paved the way for the upcoming transformation of the former South Elementary School in Lancaster into a state-of-the-art Community Health Center. Every dollar, every in-kind-donation, and every volunteer hour have quite literally built the foundation for the renovation, providing us much-needed funding and vital community support.

On Giving Tuesday (12/01/20), your contribution can become a permanent piece of the South School story, as the building continues its legacy of positive impact in the Fairfield County community.  

A donation to Fairfield Community Health Center of $100 or more gives you a customized brick for the walkway leading to the building. This permanent reminder of your support will serve as part of the pathway our patients take as they embark on the journey of improving their health.
