Spring 2021, we will be opening the Pay What You Can Farm Restaurant.

This is part of the Farm 2 Table Project, with a menu that will change daily dependent on what the Farm will be Producing that Day.

There are 3 levels of ways to pay for your meals.

1. Pay what you can of the suggested Price
2. Pay for someone elses meal, along with yours.
3. If you can't pay what you can, you can Volunteer in the restaurant or on the Farm.

We look at this project as more of a experience than going out to Eat. We include all the customers in the process of the ways we cook meals.
All the food is fresh from the Farm every day and meats are cut to order.
Why we include and invite people in to experience how we cook is to educate them on where their food comes from. This is the freshest form of eating you can get.
The cost of this Restaurant Project is $180,000 and will benefit 1 in 3 Families with food insecurities. Not counting how this Educational experience will impact so many people on so many levels.
