November is the month of gratitude, and we are excited to celebrate with a seasonal Fall Feast!

One way to express our gratitude for food this season is to reduce our food waste and fully appreciate whole ingredients by using every element from root-to-stem. Farming Hope’s Culinary Director, Chef Phil, has designed a plant-forward menu with his unique strategies for minimizing waste where each delicious course will feature a repurposed or upcycled food component. While sharing this meal we’ll also share ideas on how you can convert waste into taste at home while celebrating abundance this season!
