Building a Dream.
Hi, we are Team Building Baddies, a group of 5 women, including Kennedy, Amber, Paige, Sheila, and Candice. We have come together through love and laughter and share a common passion for community.
Our team chose to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity of Southeast Indiana because we want to make a difference in our community. We believe in Habitat's mission, and we're proud to support an organization that helps families achieve safe, stable, and affordable housing.
To our team, home means safety. Housing represents stability, and we know how important it is for individuals and families to have a place where they can call home.
When it comes to home building, our team would describe our experience as first-timers and handy women. If we had to describe our construction skill level in one sentence, it would be: "A hot, handy mess."
Through this Women Build experience, we hope to bond while fostering a sense of community. We were excited to learn new skills, work alongside new and old friends, and leave this experience feeling more fulfilled & accomplished.
