I am so excited to be a part of the Likewise Worship Leadership team.

Did you know that ONE in every THREE Worship Leaders will walk away from church ministry within their first five years of serving? These leaders are on the front lines of the battle, and without the right armor and training, they will quickly find themselves in a very vulnerable and dangerous place. 

Likewise Worship is committed to developing the hearts of these essential church leaders and equipping them with the tools and encouragement needed to stay committed to the role that Jesus has called them to.

In St. Louis, there is a great need for worship leaders to realize that they are not alone on the front lines. We will be providing… 

-MONTHLY GATHERINGS where these leaders can come together and build each other up. 
-QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS AND CLINICS for their worship teams and volunteers.
-ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP & MARRIAGE COUNSELING to help create and sustain healthy communication, balance and rest.
-ANNUAL RETREATS where worship leaders and their spouses can come together for the spiritual refueling that they need to continue fulfilling their call.

Our greatest need is “monthly financial support” which allows us to provide the space and resources needed to begin building this community of leaders in St. Louis.
