We are now serving over 400 worship leaders in 5 cities across the USA. Unfortunately we are seeing a considerable rise in gifted worship pastors leaving the church and even questioning their faith and purpose. Depression and brokenness from comparison, church conflict and a performance culture is a prominent cause of this mass exodus. 

NO OTHER MINISTRY IN THE USA PROVIDES WHAT WE OFFER TO WORSHIP LEADERS

Through our Monthly Gatherings, Crisis Marriage Counseling, Retreats and Workshops, these leaders are receiving the support needed to continue standing strong in the fight! Thank you for making it possible for us to reach, equip and disciple these leaders as they serve the local church.
