Feed your neighbors and reduce fees with Salem Public Library’s 2022 “Food for Fees!”

Salem Public Library has long supported Marion Polk Food Share's mission of bringing people together to end hunger and its root causes. As Salem Public Library becomes fine-free starting July 1st, Food for Fines is reimagined as “Food for Fees;” taking place July 1-8, 2022, to reduce fees for lost or damaged items, feed our neighbors, and strengthen our community.

For every $1 you donate to Marion Polk Food Share through this page, Salem Public Library will reduce fees for lost or damaged items by $5. To have your fees reduced, please forward the emailed receipt, including your library card number, to SPLcirc@cityofsalem.net. 
For every $1 donated, Marion Polk Food Share can supply 3 meals to families in need!
