This month’s Fresh Fridays will consider what mixed-income housing development is and how it can support communities' housing goals.
We will explore how mixed-income housing development compares to other models of affordable housing development, the potential for this model in Rhode Island, and how it currently exists in other states. Panelists will also discuss state and local tools that can further mixed-income housing, as well as how mixed-income housing development interacts with anti-displacement goals.
