Our first-ever annual, dog-friendly fundraising gala will feature hosted beer and wine, premium cocktails, vegetarian dinner, dessert, live music, auction packages, raffle prizes, merch drop, and of course — adoptable puppies!

Rescue Wrangler’s Ball brings together our network of animal lovers — from near and far — for a night celebrating the incredible impact we have made together and raising funds to continue our lifesaving programming.

In 2025, OTAT-West Texas saved 1,052 pets, dramatically increased our cat rescue, paid for 188 community spays/neuters, provided safe haven to 456 pets in foster homes, and achieved better than 92% live outcomes in seven far-flung shelters across West Texas, directly helping 50%-95% of each shelter’s intake.

With our help Alpine, Marfa, McCamey, Pecos, Presidio, Terrell County and Van Horn all joined the community of no-kill shelters across the state — a 100% success rate in every shelter where we provided staff, vaccines, training, funds for veterinary care, technology, transport partnerships, emergency medical intervention, program resources, foster homes, logistics and policy progress. We also saved more than 150 pets from a dozen shelterless communities.
