EqualizeHer exists to increase the number of young women enjoying successful careers in music by increasing access to professional training and hands-on experience.

It was founded to take aggressive action and help find solutions to the problems women face in the music industry every day. Women have been underrepresented since the music business started. This is an issue. We can no longer look the other way.

EqualizeHer will raise awareness of the inequity and solutions to fix it, and provide funds for partners who are doing the best work to achieve our mission/goal.

We want to be a megaphone for women pursuing the music industry, and call others to action to disrupt the status quo. We also want to support a community of powerful young females that can collaborate with each other - whether they're producers, songwriters, managers, engineers, graphic designers or artists - to inspire and develop their creative vision.

Let's EQUALIZE our daughters from day one.
