Restore NYC's Economic Empowerment Program is looking for potential funders to help jumpstart survivors' small businesses.

Our vision in the Economic Empowerment Program is that survivors of trafficking will be economically secure and thrive in the work of their choice. We work towards our vision by providing job readiness, job placement, and entrepreneurship training for survivors enrolled in our program. In the entrepreneurship program, participants learn what it means to be an entrepreneur and gain advanced business skills needed to start their businesses.

Currently, participants are preparing for our annual Pitch Night on Thursday, January 26, 2023. During this event, participants will present their business plans and share what they need to reach the next stage of their business. A donor has generously agreed to award up to $12.5k in grants to distribute to the entrepreneurs-in-training. But, we need a total of $25,000 to fully provide seed funding to these small businesses. This is where we need your help - partners like you can contribute and match this grant pool to ensure that survivors obtain what they need to launch their businesses successfully.

Your support will create a life-changing opportunity for rising entrepreneurs at Restore!
