Sprout Society is a new mental wellness initiative that provides peer support and community to strengthen mental resilience. We engage experts and peer support specialists to offer facilitated group sessions and therapeutic activities to anyone seeking community, growth and healing. There is growing research emphasizing the need for peer support and social connection as it relates to mental health and recovery.
