It’s story time at Wolbach Farm! Children and their caregivers are invited to join SVT for a morning of storytelling, craft-making, and exploring the property. The book to be read is Thanks to the Animals by Allen Sockabasin, best for children grades K-3. After the story, children and their caregivers are invited to complete a craft project to take home and to visit the Nature Nook at the farmhouse. If there is still time and energy children and their caregivers may walk the George Lewis Memorial Trail loop where the story appears again along our Storybook Trail. Pro Tip: Bundle up with a warm coat, hat, and mittens! The barn is unheated, but we’ll keep things cozy while we listen and work on the crafts.
