As an Idaho non-profit, Sunrise Retreats offers professionally facilitated retreats to support women navigating life after the death of their partner (widowed) by enhancing health and wellbeing through connection, deep understanding, education, inspiration, and most of all, hope.
Held in Fairfield, Idaho - home of Hidden Paradise and Camp Rainbow Gold, this beautiful property is the perfect backdrop to our healing weekend retreats. We believe that spending time in nature, creative expression, movement, bodywork, adventure, good food, practice tools, and self-inquiry offer powerful moments of healing!
