For people who are grieving, work can either be a place compounding on the overwhelm and isolation, or a place of empowerment and steadiness in chaotically tough times. This workshop is designed for people with any role in an organization interested in contributing to a more attuned, responsive culture around grief. Participants will leave with language and examples for how loss can impact individual wellbeing; frames to consider grieving experiences with respect to their personal experiences and positionality; and ideas for supporting grieving people on their teams, including themselves.
