Description of Wines from Sam Pillsbury:
These are our most affordable wines, and readily available at all Total Wine locations and elsewhere, including our Tasting Rooms (except for the new and unique Barbeque White, now only from our Tasting Rooms or online). All are 100% Estate Grown, organically farmed Arizona wines.

• WildChild White is a crisp, fragrant dry wine, a blend of 5 of our Estate Grown aromatic grapes. This one gained a Double Gold in the 2019 San Fran Chronicle Wine Competition. Great as a sipper, with seafood or slightly spicy Asian-style dishes.

• WildChild Red is a blend 5 of our Estate Grown reds, dry and punchy, great with pizza, BBQ, or just as a sipper.

• Rosé 'One Night Stand' is a Provincial-style Rosé, a blend of our Grenache and Mourvedre (both varietals winning Double Golds in the most recent San Fran Chronicle). Fragrant, bone-dry, flinty and crisp, great with just about anything. Best summer sipper ever!

• Barbeque White! This new one-off experiment is an oddball dry blend of basically leftover 'Orphan Barrels', Mourvedre Rosé, 2 Dry Rieslings, and Malvasia Bianca. These 4 babies didn't make it into any of our other wines so we did the Pillsbury Desperation Blend and threw them all together. We were not blown away by this wine in the glass until we tasted it with anything with a char. Then it popped out of our mouths, and gave us a glorious cool, fruity alternative to a red to freshen us up on a hot afternoon. The Tasting Room staff offers this to anyone who comes in with a Cowboy Hat. It sells like hotcakes. This baby sells for around $18, the other for around $25 a bottle each.
