When making a donation, please do not cover transaction fees. When you get to the last page of the donation form where it gives you the option to cover transaction fees, click edit and de-select “Yes, cover the transaction fees.” It says TFG will insure transaction fees as a result, but these are typical online processing fees. If you do cover the fees on this platform, unfortunately it charges us an additional 5% fee on top of the normal processing fee, which is quite substantial, so by unchecking the option to cover fees, you’ll actually be helping us out!
