Thank you for joining us as a Patron of the 2021 Hard Hat & Black Tie Gala – please click the red button to complete the Gala Patron form. Your $2,000 sponsorship gets you a signature celebration package with wine, treats, and Habitat goodies, and special recognition during the event and on the Gala website.

Celebration packages will be available via safe curbside pickup from the Habitat Office (1954 University Ave, St Paul 55104) on two days:

• Friday, April 23 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, April 24, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Please indicate on the form which pickup date you prefer. You can change this date later if needed by contacting Bryanna Nagan at bryanna.nagan@tchabitat.org. If you prefer not to receive a celebration package, you can indicate that on the form.

Your Gala Patron Sponsorship fuels our At Home Fund to protect homeowners and expand homeownership during the COVID-19 pandemic. A safe, stable home is more important than ever.
