United Way of Central Maryland and University of Maryland School of Social Work have created a Case Management Certificate Program which provides case managers with the skills they need to be effective in helping individuals and families alleviate crisis and move toward self-sufficiency. The goal of the program is to standardize the delivery of case management services.
Participants will engage in a 6-month program that includes virtual workshops, ongoing testing to ensure skills are being learned and a capstone final exam.
Total Cost: $1,950 per participant

A deposit in the amount of $150 per participant is due to secure a spot in the class. The initial deposit is counted toward the total cost of the program. Balance to be paid in full by August 7th, 2026.

The University of Maryland School of Social Work Office of Continuing Professional Education and United Way of Central Maryland are authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education programs and maintains full responsibility for this program.
